By using Clypcat, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

2. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for content you upload and share. You must not upload unlawful content, infringing content, malware, abusive content, or content violating third-party rights.

Clip length limits: guests can create clips up to 2.5 minutes (150 seconds). Signed-in users can create clips up to 5 minutes (300 seconds).

3. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process, host, and deliver your content solely for operating the service.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend access, or cooperate with law enforcement when required by law or to protect users and the service.

5. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
